Accessing the Website

When visiting the website, technically necessary data is transmitted to the web server. This may include the IP address, date and time, accessed page, amount of data transferred, browser and operating system. The hosting provider may process this data in server logs. The processing serves the provision and security of the website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR). Logs are deleted as soon as they are no longer needed for this purpose, unless there is a legal obligation to retain them.

Contact via Form, Email or Phone

If you contact us, we process the data provided and the content of your inquiry in order to respond to you. When using the contact form, this includes your name, email address, optional subject and message. The form message is sent to us by email; the form itself does not store submissions on the website. The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual inquiries, otherwise Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR. We delete the data as soon as the inquiry has been fully processed and there are no legal retention obligations. Emails are transmitted via the involved email providers.

Thematic WhatsApp Groups

If you voluntarily participate in one of our thematic WhatsApp groups, your phone number, profile name, and your contributions will be visible to other group members within the scope of the group settings. We use the contact information for the organization of the exchange; you can leave the group at any time. For the operation of the messaging service, WhatsApp Ireland Limited processes data independently. You can find more information in the WhatsApp Privacy Policy.

External Resources

The used WordPress theme loads fonts from Google Fonts and the Google Maps JavaScript API from Google. When loading these resources, a connection to Google servers is established; in particular, the IP address and browser data may be transmitted. The provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. More information: Google Privacy Policy.

Organization images are partially loaded via the image optimization service ShortPixel (sp-ao.shortpixel.ai). The theme also prepares a connection to this service. In doing so, technical connection data, in particular the IP address, may be transmitted to ShortPixel. More information: ShortPixel Data Protection Information.

The services come from the existing WordPress theme. The processing is based on our interest in the presentation of the website (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR). Processing outside the EU or EEA is possible with external providers. We are reviewing the integrations and want to reduce them to the necessary extent.

Maps, Registration Form, and Spam Protection

The organization maps and the overall map are loaded only after a click. Then a connection to Google Maps is established. For a new network entry, we link to a form from Microsoft Forms. Only when you open this link will data be transmitted to Microsoft. More information: Microsoft Privacy Statement.

To protect the contact form from spam, we use Google reCAPTCHA. In doing so, technical data such as the IP address and information about the use of the website may be transmitted to Google. Information on data processing can be found in the Google Privacy Statement. The integration serves to protect the form from automated messages (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR).

Google Analytics 4

If you explicitly consent, we use Google Analytics 4 with the measurement ID G-WK4154RSNK to evaluate the use of this website. The provider is Google Ireland Limited. In doing so, page views, interactions, browser and device information as well as cookies may be processed. Google Analytics is only loaded after your consent (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 Abs. 1 TDDDG). Without consent, no analytics measurement takes place by us. Google explains data processing in its Privacy Statement.

Your choice is stored on your device. You can change or revoke your consent at any time via Analytics Settings. Upon revocation, the analytics cookies set by this website will be deleted. Further processing of already transmitted data at Google is subject to the settings and deadlines there.

Your Rights

According to the GDPR, you have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons arising from your particular situation. Please contact mail@moyo-afm.de for this purpose.

You can also file a complaint with a data protection authority. For MOYO e.V., the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision is responsible in Bavaria.
